Our company was established in 1992, drawing on a strong foundation in retail lighting maintenance. With extensive experience gained from managing quality control for a company that serviced 11,000 accounts monthly, I developed relationships with key figures overseeing major retail chains along the East Coast. Recognizing a shift in the industry, where retail chains began subcontracting repairs instead of relying solely on in-house technicians, we seized the opportunity to offer specialized subcontracting services.
Our initial clients included prominent food and auto parts chains. Over the following decade, we expanded our operations to cover 14 states, broadening our services to include commercial and industrial renovations in addition to maintenance repairs.
For the past 30 years, we have also operated a 24-hour help desk, ensuring our customers can speak directly with our knowledgeable staff for any service requests.
